Подоцит: строение и роль в развитии нефротического синдрома (Обзор литературы)

Аннотация: Осмысление уникального молекулярного аппарата подоцита в последние годы позволило улучшить диагностику и создать классификацию болезней, которые назвали подоцитопатиями. Повреждение подоцитов часто ведет к реорганизации щелевой диафрагмы и структуры "ножек" подоцита. Результаты многочисленных исследований, приведенных в обзоре, позволили выделить четыре главные причины развития нефротического синдрома, обусловленные генетическими мутациями компонентов подоцита: а) изменение структуры щелевой диафрагмы; б) нарушение адгезивных способностей подоцита к базальной мембране; в) повреждение актинового цитоскелета подоцита и г) изменение в апикальной области мембраны подоцита.
