Формирование артериовенозных фистул методом транспозиции вен верхней конечности

Аннотация: Пациенты, которые требуют долгосрочные hemodialysis нужен долгосрочный сосудистый доступ. Перемещенная вена autologous в brachial артерии arteriovenous fistula обеспечивает сосудистый доступ при отсутствии требуемой поверхностной вены. Перемещенная базилик (brachial) вена в brachial артерии fistula имеет хорошую долгосрочную ставку очевидности и должна считаться ранней, перед протезным черенком, при отсутствии пригодной поверхностной вены.
