Формирование артериовенозных фистул для гемодиализа у пациентов с сахарным диабетом*

Аннотация: * Статья А.Ю. Беляева в N3 была напечатана в неполном виде, за что редакция приносит свои извинения автору и читателям. В настоящем номере публикуется полный текст статьи. Обеспечение долговременного программного гемодиализа невозможно без создания долговременного постоянного сосудистого доступа. Было проведено исследование влияния анатомического уровня формирования артериовенозных фистул на их выживаемость у пациентов, страдающих сахарным диабетом, с целью определения оптимальной хирургической тактики у данной группы пациентов.
