Качество жизни пациентов с хронической почечной недостаточностью, корригируемой заместительной терапией Обзор литературы

Аннотация: Введение Совершенствование методов заместительной терапии (ЗТ) хронической почечной недостаточности (ХПН) и, в частности, применение современных диализных технологий, введение в клиническую практику новых методов, обеспечивающих адекватное и щадящее лечение, как и введение в клиническую практику эритропоэтина обеспечило значительное снижение интеркуррентной заболеваемости и смертности больных ХПН. Но в то же время это выдвинуло на первый план проблему их качества жизни (КЖ) [5]. Задачей современной нефрологии становится приближение параметров КЖ пациентов с ХПН, получающих ЗТ, к таковой в популяции здоровых лиц. В последние годы термин «качество жизни» широко используется в мире. Рост интереса к этой проблеме является показателем стремления к развитию целостного взгляда на человека. Являясь первоначально социологическим понятием, термин КЖ в настоящее время нашел употребление в медицине. На современном этапе развития медицина приходит к той точке зрения, что хорошее состояние здоровья является отражением не только уровня медицинской помощи, но и удовлетворения потребностей индивидуума, его адаптации в физической, психологической и социальной сферах.
