Современные представления о гематурии у детей

Аннотация: Гематурия является одним из наиболее частых проявлений патологического мочевого синдрома. По данным популяционного скрининга, у детей ее частота составляет 1-4% случаев [1, 8, 71], а с возрастом увеличивается, достигая 12-18% [20]. Спектр заболеваний, проявляющихся гематурей, различен у детей и взрослых. У детей гематурией проявляются преимущественно заболевания почек, тогда как гематурия вследствие урологической патологии встречается лишь в 2% случаев. У взрослых, особенно у лиц старше 50 лет, основной причиной гематурии являются урологические заболевания, включая камни и опухоли мочевого тракта [20].
