Аннотация: О костных осложнениях, развивающихся при уремии, было известно более 100 лет назад [3, 15, 39]. На сегодняшний день отмечено, что помимо патологических изменений скелета, объединяемых в понятие ренальной остеодистрофии, нарушения кальциево-фосфорного обмена при хронической почечной недостаточности (ХПН) ведут к патологии многих других органов.
