Цитокины и адгезивные молекулы в патогенезе хронического гломерулонефрита (Обзор литературы, часть I)

Аннотация: За последние десять лет, благодаря интенсивному развитию иммунологии, клеточной и молекулярной биологии, был достигнут большой прогресс в изучении и понимании патогенеза гломерулонефрита (ГН). Патогенез гломерулонефрита условно может быть разделен на две стадии: иммунную и воспалительную [152]. Первая стадия включает различные звенья иммунного ответа на чужеродные или собственные антигены (АГ) и заканчивается образованием иммунных комплексов (ИК), нефритогенных лимфоцитов или аутоантител [152].
