Ангиотензин II - современное представление о патогенезе нефросклероза (Обзор литературы)

Аннотация: В конце ХХ века исследования различных видов повреждения почечной ткани показали, что применение ингибиторов ангиотензин-превращающего фермента (иАПФ) или антагонистов ангиотензина I (ATI) оказывает влияние на прогрессирование болезней почек, уменьшая протеинурию, инфильтрацию ткани почек воспалительными клетками и соответственно замедляя развитие фиброза [1, 13, 27, 41].
