Аннотация: Ишемическая нефропатия (ишемическая болезнь почек, сосудистая нефропатия) - это группа заболеваний, в основе которых лежит ишемия почек, развившаяся вследствие первичного поражения почечных сосудов различного диаметра с нарушением их проходимости и выраженным диффузным обеднением почечного кровотока, приводящим к снижению фильтрационной функции и прогрессирующему нефросклерозу
